Precautions for use:

1. Pay attention to safety. After the oil pump is started, no one is allowed at both ends of the extruder. Make sure that both ends clear the field as soon as the oil pump sounds.

2. The extruder operator should operate on the side of the extruder.

3. The oil of the extruder is selected according to the manual of the oil pump.

4. Before using the extruder, it should run more than 3 times without load to remove the air in the cylinder. Add oil slowly. If there is crawling, increase the number of no-load operations to 6 times. If there is still crawling, analyze the cause and eliminate the fault before use.

5. After use, the piston resets.

6. When the extrusion machine leaves the factory, the extrusion head is coaxial with the extrusion die. It is advisable for the extrusion head to pass smoothly through the end of the extrusion die. Adjust the position of the extrusion die if there is an offset
