Safety Precautions

1. The power supply wiring should be connected to the neutral line, and the insulation conditions of various places should be checked at any time to avoid electric shock; when in use, the connection of the power line or the contact of the switch should be checked frequently to prevent the motor from being burned due to lack of phase operation.

2. Oil pipes and joints should be manufactured according to specifications, and checked at any time to avoid bursting accidents. When the oil pump is under pressure, the joints, pipelines and oil gauges must not be disassembled.

3. The pressure gauge should be checked at any time to prevent accidents caused by failure.

4. Before driving, the control valve should be opened (no-load start). When using, check whether the pressure of the safety valve is adjusted properly, and always ensure that it is sensitive and reliable.

5. The rotation of the motor is not limited.

6. The bearing installed on the upper body should be replaced with lubricating oil in time according to the situation.

7. When the oil level is too low, do not work under pressure for a long time when the plane bearing in the pump body is exposed to the oil level.
