working principle

      The through-core jack is a double-acting jack that uses double hydraulic cylinders to tension the prestressed tendons and press the anchor. The through jack is suitable for tensioning the belt. Its working principle is: when stretching the prestressed tendon, the oil nozzle of the tensioning cylinder enters the oil, the oil nozzle of the top pressure cylinder returns oil, and the top pressure cylinder, connecting sleeve and support sleeve are integrated to move to the right to withstand the anchor ring; the tensioning cylinder, end The cover nut, the plug and the bushing are integrated to drive the tool anchor to move to the left to tension the prestressed tendon;

The oil nozzle of the top pressure cylinder enters the oil, and the top pressure piston, the protective sleeve and the top pressure head are integrated into one body and move to the right to force the clip into the anchor ring; Cylinder hydraulic return. Finally, the oil nozzles of the tension cylinder and the top pressure cylinder return oil at the same time, and the top pressure piston returns to reset under the action of the spring force.

For large-span structures and long steel wire bundles with large extensions, it is advisable to use a through-hole jack.

Operation method:

1. If the amount of oil in the pump body is insufficient, it is necessary to add working oil (32# hydraulic oil or 10# transformer oil) to the pump before it can work.

2. Estimate the lifting capacity and avoid overloading.

3. Select the jack point to ensure that the center of gravity of the lifting object is perpendicular to the top surface of the jack. At the same time, it must be considered whether the ground is soft or hard and whether it is padded with tough wood to avoid the danger of dumping when lifting.

4. After the jack lifts the heavy object, the heavy object should be supported firmly with tough wood in time. It is forbidden to use the jack as a support. If there is no special device, it is forbidden to use several jacks at the same time to avoid unbalanced load and the danger of dumping .

5. When using, first connect the quick joint of the manual pump with the top, then select the position, and tighten the oil drain screw on the oil pump to start working. Loosen the oil drain screw and unload the oil cylinder.

6. The jacks of this series are engraved with red super-warning, and it is strictly forbidden to use them beyond the warning line.

Precautions:

a. If empty pumping occurs during use, first loosen the oil drain screw on the pump body, then turn the pump body vertically and pump the head down for a few times, then tighten the oil drain screw, and continue after a strong feeling use.

b. When there is a load, do not remove the quick connector to avoid accidents and damage to the machine parts.

c. This machine uses oil as the medium, and the oil and the machine must be well maintained to avoid blockage or oil leakage, which will affect the use effect.
