The front snap jack is a multi-purpose prestressed tensioning device that is easy to operate. Mainly used for single hole tensioning. Precautions:

1. The jack is connected to the oil pump through the high-pressure oil pipe, and the electrician connects the oil pump to the power supply through the power cord.

2. Turn on the oil pump and run it no less than 3 times. If there is crawling, it can be increased to 6 times. If there is crawling again, stop the pump for inspection and analyze the reason.

3. Before the calibration of the jack and the oil pump system and the implementation of tensioning, the jack must be run dry. Calibration or tension work can only be started after everything is normal.

4. All those who enter the site where the jack is used should do "clear the site at both ends of the jack when the oil pump sounds." On the one hand, avoid stretching and slipping wires to hurt people, and on the other hand, avoid misoperation of jack parts flying out and hurting people.

5. When the oil pump is turned on, the pump operator is not allowed to leave. When tensioning, pay attention to the specified value of the oil gauge. On the return trip, pay attention to the rapid pressure increase of the oil gauge. The boost pressure should not be greater than the specified return pressure.
